Strategy to Fill Vacant Seats: Forthcoming Elections
The CERF LA HRTC is poised for another round of nominations and elections, marking the culmination of the process to select our Affinity Hub Leads and Steering Committee. In response to the request of HRTC Members, we will divide the ballot, providing unsuccessful candidates with the chance to compete for other positions. These elections are aimed at filling remaining vacant seats that were not initially occupied due to insufficient nominations, and they also aim to break a three-way tie within a specific category. Nomination applications for vacant seats will become active at the beginning of the nominating period. The link to the nomination application will be provided in a forthcoming email.
